The Lutheran Conference Center is off of Airway Boulevard in Livermore.

The soils on the site were highly expansive and presented a risk to foundations, interior and exterior slabs and pavements. We recommended lime treatment of the soils to reduce the risk of expansion both in the building and parking areas. Conventional spread footing foundations and a concrete slab on grade were used in the building.
